Program Overview

The course provides students with an academic and methodological grounding in the language, literature and culture of French-speaking countries and regions. The objective of the course is to describe and interpret language, literature and culture and to develop the ability to process and communicate that knowledge. The aim is to deliver a broad course that will open up a range of different careers and give students the opportunity to specialize according to their own preferences during the course. A significant proportion of the content in all parts of the course is in the foreign language.

Attested copies of your educational background certificates such as from secondary school, university entrance exams, academic records of prior university semesters and other university reports and diplomas, proof of pre-check of the German embassy, complete curriculum vitae, an attested copy of your certificate of sufficient German language skills, attested German or English transcripts of all your documents, proof of paid fee for UNI-ASSIST, Applicants must have good language skills, as well as a real interest in cultural phenomena and the language and literature of France, Required language level German level C1 + Frech level B1
