Program Overview

This bachelor's partial course imparts basic skills in dealing with and evaluating archaeological finds, features and monuments from a wide variety of regions and times, from prehistory to antiquity, early history and the Middle Ages to modern times. This includes in particular the collection of archaeological data and their interpretation, which contributes to the clarification of cultural-historical issues. For example, the development and change of human societies through the ages are discussed.
