The course content of the subject history is divided into the three major epochs of ancient history, history of the Middle Ages and history of the modern age. The thematic sub-subjects economic and social history as well as cultural and media history are assigned to the major epochs. In the course of study, fundamental subject-specific content, methods and working techniques that serve the critical analysis of sources and research texts are conveyed. In seminars, exercises and projects, students acquire didactic, social and communicative skills.
