Program Overview

In view of the current change in media, no professional field can do without theoretically and methodologically well-founded knowledge in the media sector. From the basics of all media communication to specific analytical skills in individual media genres, the bachelor's degree in Media and Communication imparts media science core skills in the areas of film and television research, media psychology, media education, media informatics and communication science. In addition to comprehensive media analysis skills, insights into practical media production (e.g. print, audio-visual and online media, transmedia storytelling) are also provided.
