Program Overview

Midwifery is a new dual bachelor's program (first enrollment in the winter semester 2021/22). Background: Due to EU-wide regulations, the previous training at a midwifery school will be replaced by midwifery courses. In the future, access to a profession will only be possible with a degree. The Federal Ministry of Health has a very good overview of the current transition phase and the legal provisions (Midwifery Act, etc.) .
