Additional Information & Requirements

Admission to the program requires a general higher education entrance qualification (HZB) or a relevant subject-specific HZB or foreign HZB, which has been recognized as equivalent by the relevant state authority. Students whose native language is not German must have proof of sufficient German language skills (DSH or test DaF). For the enrollment, the health suitability for the practice of the profession of midwife / maternity care professional must be proven, Letter of motivation (max. 1 page) in English or German, CV in tabular format in English or German, Certificate equivalent to the German Abitur certificate, All courses are held in German. However, a good knowledge of English is required, as English is the international specialist and scientific language and internationally published studies and textbooks in the field of midwives and health sciences usually appear in English
