Program Description

Introduces core ideas and events which have shaped the Islamic world. Topics include Muhammad and the Qur'an, the Sunni/Shii divide, the development of Sharia law and encounters with the West. Course covers the major social and political issues which have shaped the history of the contemporary Middle East.

Eligibility Criteria

High School Degree or Abitur or equivalent, chool Leaving Certificate, Bachelor's Degree,Marksheets of all the examinations undertaken, Accompanied by a German/English translation if required.
