The Comparative Cultural and Religious Studies degree enables you to study the three subjects European Ethnology/Cultural Studies, Religious Studies and Cultural and Social Anthropology as a Bachelors degree with three focal points. The course provides you with basic scientific knowledge in the field of cultural and religious studies and also enables you to apply this knowledge professionally in a broad field. In the course of your studies you will become familiar with the forms of everyday life and with popular cultural phenomena in European and non-European, current and historical contexts. And not on a theoretical level, but also through our own small empirical research. You will acquire knowledge in the field of cultural, ethnic and religious phenomena and problems as well as knowledge that will qualify you for practical cultural work.
