Program Overview

Scientific thinking and an understanding of the geodynamic processes in the earth's interior and on the earth's surface form the basis for competent problem solving, for example in finding, processing and evaluating mineral raw materials and materials, groundwater development and energy supply. On the other hand, the focus is also on the planning and evaluation of anthropogenic interventions in the geosphere: the construction of buildings, the disposal of waste and sewage, the assessment of georisks and a future-oriented use of resources.
