Program Overview

In the first year of study, basic social science training is planned in the two disciplines of political science and sociology, which then allows for a choice of specializing in political science or sociology. The methodological training is given a high priority through the integration of current research into teaching as well as one's own social science research (e.g. within the framework of seminars). The research topics and areas are often connected to other European and non-European countries, so that the diverse cooperation and contacts can be used for a stay abroad.
