Bachelors in Human Resources

The aim of the training is to train economic specialists who are proficient in the economic sciences1 methodologically prepared1 with appropriate professional and general education1 who1 relying on their knowledge of social sciences1 economics1 business and management1 are able to provide the functional areas of human resource management1 analyze the labor markets1 and coordinate the reconciliation processes. They are able to solve planning1 organization1 analysis1 decision-making and service tasks in the relevant areas1 to manage the human resources management of smaller business organizations1 and in the case of larger organizations to independently supply and manage a sub-area1 as well as to effectively participate in projects.
