The purpose of the bachelor's degree course is to train community organizers and community development professionals who perform cultural, humanitarian, community-based social and economic organizing work, who can manage the operation of cultural, church, civil, entrepreneurial and non-profit organizations, state or local government institutions, integrated, multifunctional organizations, institutions, they are able to organize the provision of state tasks related to the development of the social and economic situation of education, youth and adult education at the local, community level, and manage it in the case of specific institutional levels.
