Curriculum Structure

Year 1
You’ll start with the foundations of food and business, including Introduction to Food SciencePrinciples of Marketing, and Business Communication. Practical kitchen and lab sessions are combined with modules in Food Safety and Hygiene to ensure you build both technical and professional skills.

Year 2
This year develops your expertise with modules such as Food Product DevelopmentSensory Analysis, and Applied Food Science. You’ll also study Financial Accounting and Consumer Behaviour, blending scientific knowledge with business insight to understand how products succeed in the marketplace.

Year 3
