Step-by-Step Guide to Admission Requirements at Technological University Dublin

The below information is required while
completing the university application :

 

1. Required Documents:

Completed online application (via CAO for EU or TU Dublin International Application Portal for non-EU)

Official high school transcripts and certificates (with grading scale)

Copy of passport or national ID

Personal Statement outlining academic interests and career goals

One academic reference letter

Proof of English language proficiency

Portfolio (for Architecture, Design, or Creative programs)

2. Entrance Test Requirements:

Most undergraduate programs do not require an entrance exam.

Engineering and Science programs may require strong grades in Mathematics and Science subjects.

Art and Design programs require a portfolio assessment instead of an entrance test.

Music programs may include an audition or interview stage.

3. Language Test Requirements:

IELTS Academic: Minimum 6.0 overall (no band below 5.5)

TOEFL iBT: Minimum 80 overall

PTE Academic: Minimum score of 59

Duolingo English Test: Minimum 100

Applicants who studied in English for at least 3 years may be exempted.
