You will gain an understanding of the legal, economic and physical framework within which the property market functions. Estate agents and auctioneers are involved in the sale, letting, management and valuation of residential and commercial buildings. Successful completion of HSC XII: CBSE, ICSE, Kolkata or Tamil Nadu boards with an overall average of 70% or above. West Bengal board with an overall average of 58% or above.
