Program Overview

Linguistic, Literary and Intercultural Studies aims to promote the study of two Languages and the respective Literatures along the threeyear course, among those provided for in the study plan All Language courses provide for the attendance of a lectorate connected to the chosen languages The study of Languages and Literatures will have as its essential foundation the learning of the basic methods of linguistics in particular of the foundations related to phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, in addition to the typology and the contrastive linguistics, of philology and literary criticism The curriculum also promotes the knowledge of cultural realities, expressed by the languages studied, in function of intercultural training with the acquisition also of historical and geographic knowledge
