Program Overview

The international degree in Genomicsprovides the theoretical and practical basis for training a professionalcapable of applying IT, mathematical and statistical skills to the analysis ofgenomic data and, consequently, to the analysis of transcriptomic, proteomicand epigenomic data, the biology of systems and metagenomics, in prokaryotes,eukaryotes and humans. The degree programme finishes with aninternship that enables the student to apply operationally the theoretical andpractical notions acquired. This internship may be carried out the laboratoriesof Universities or public or private firms and/or bodies, either in Italy orinternationally.
