Program Overview

The name of the Degree Course sends the student a direct message that is characterized in the other courses of study of the class (L-1 CULTURAL HERITAGE). Although the degree program is open to interdisciplinary relationships with other fields of study, it intends to have a strongly archaeological connotation, allowing students to know in a structured way the different aspects related to this field of research activity. The training offer aims at the achievement of a basic archaeological preparation, the acquisition of the methodological foundations of the archaeological disciplines, the ability to classify, understand and interpret the archaeological materials, the basic critical framework of the great cultural complexes, to the understanding of the processes of development and change of cultural systems and traditions. In the training course of the degree course two degrees can be recognized.
