Department of Mathematics and Science Teaching has established with the Department of Science Education in 2013 and started accepting students in the same academic year. The aim of Department of Science Education is to educate individuals who are able to provide appropriate education opportunities by considering the needs and developments in our country and the World, possess knowledge of the field, contribute to the development of science, use educational technologies effectively, be the scientific literate, have critically and analytical thinking skills, contribute to professional development, propose appropriate solutions for the problem that encountered, follow innovations and to open for them, act purposefully, have broad vision and adopt scientific thinking and working style.
