The Building Surveyors in the School of Housing, Building and Planning, Universiti Sains Malaysia to produce competence Building Surveyors who are able to function efficiently as members of the construction industry. Building Surveying is a rapidly growing profession in Malaysia and its services are highly needed in all economics and development situation. Its scope begins from the very early stage of planning a development project to construction management, building pathology and forensic, maintenance and up to conservation of historical building. Career as a professional Building Surveyor includes every aspect of a building life cycle from its planning stage to restoration, demolition and redevelopment.

Completed 12 years of Primary and High School Education and Obtained High School Certificate-A-Level, HSC, SMU, and UAN, Matayom Suksa 6, International Baccalaureate etc or Diploma in the related field, ENGLISH REQUIREMENT-IELTS Band 5.0 or TOEFL score of 417 PBT / 107 CBT / 35 IBT or CAE score of 154/B1 or CPE score of 154/B1 or Pearson Test of English PTE Academic Score of 36 or Malaysian University English Test Band 2 or Candidate from an institution in which the medium instruction is English and Passed with Credit in Intensive Preparatory Bahasa Malaysia Programme, UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENT-and/or Passed the USM Interview, Official certificates, transcripts, mark sheets or school report from each secondary or college attended, Translated copy of certificates, Copy of passport,
