Program Overview

The Department offers a four-year programme leading to the bachelors degree in Environmental Science. This degree is at the honours level and is ecognised as a professional degree by the Malaysian Public Services Department. The University practises a continuous assessment system. Approximately 60% of the total course grade is assessed by tests or coursework given during the semester. The remaing percentage of the grade is based on a Final Examination at the end of the semester. This degree is assessed yearly by an independent External Examiner from another university. For example in previous years External Examiners have come from Imperial College, London; the University of Virginia, Charlottesville; and the University of East Anglia,Norwich.

Additional Information & Requirements

National Higher School Certificate (or an Advanced Level or the equivalent of 12 years of basic education) with the grade 80% and above, or a Diploma from recognized Institutions with at least a CGPA of 3.00, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 5.5, certified copies of academic certificates with detailed academic qualifications, Financial Statement, Certified Copy of Passport (First Page).
