The Bachelor of Shariah and Law is designed to expose students with necessary skills and expertise in Islamic judiciary and advocacy. Similar exposure is channelled towards important Malaysian civil law subjects.The core courses include Islamic Property Law, Administration of Islamic Law, Islamic Judiciary and Islamic Family Law.The programme aims to produce graduates who are fully equipped with the substantive and procedural laws including some professional courses introduced in the programme.
Should require National Higher School Certificate (or an Advanced Level equivalent) with the grade 80% and above, A Diploma from recognized Institutions with at least a CGPA of 3.00, Applicant may be required to undergo an interview session for certain selection programme before being accepted by the respective faculty, Students are required to enroll in the Malay Language Programme prior to being conferred a degree, A band of 6.0 and above in IELTS (Academic)or A score of 550 (PBT), 213 (CBT) or 80 (IBT) and above in TOEFL, Band of 3 and above in Malaysian University English Test (MUET).
