As organisations strive to adapt to the ever developing topic of occupational health and safety, the need for qualified and skilled professionals in the area increases. This much needed programme of studies thus aims to reflect the development of this area of specialisation. An inter-disciplinary approach towards occupational health and safety shall be adopted. The curriculum will provide students with sound underpinning knowledge and the necessary skills to enable them to work in the capacity of an occupational health and safety professional.
