The Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree is open only to students who successfully complete the three years of the course leading to the Bachelor of Commerce degree. To provide a year of specialised study in Economics covering the major developments in the science over the past two decades, spanning the major themes within Macro- and Micro-economics as well as Econometrics, together with specialised areas such as Development and Environmental Economics.
