Program Overview

Human Resource Management (HRM) provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to strategically manage the performance of people in contemporary workplaces and to work within the legal framework in New Zealand. It will prepare them for careers in Human Resource Management, build their network with HRM professionals and provide a skill set that is transferable across other organisational roles. This qualification has the benefit of offering students who have majored within other disciplines/fields the opportunity to undertake a transitional qualification which can then act as a platform for postgraduate studies within the field of Management.

Additional Information & Requirements

The minimum entrance requirement is the completion of a high school certificate plus satisfactory completion of one year s study at an approved tertiary institution, IB Diploma with a minimum of 26 points, GCE Advanced Levels: minimum grade of 8, IELTS of 6.0, TOEFL ibT of 80 (writing 20), CAE/CPE of 176 (with no individual band below 169), (PTE) Academic of 58 with no communicative skills score below 50, Academic Transcripts, Educational Credential Evaluators report (ECE), Proof of your identity.
