Environmental requirements also exist in relation to operating enterprises, which necessitates the development of design and environmental documentation, the approval of which is mandatory for obtaining the necessary permits from state bodies that control the state of the environment. A separate layer of activity in this area is associated with environmental support for such a direction of nature management as mining, which in our resource-intensive economy will be in great demand for a long time to come. All this together creates a need for training ecologists who have knowledge of how to prepare documentation for the operation of enterprises of various directions, and who are able to exercise control when working in state supervisory authorities in the field of ecology and nature management.
