Program Overview

In the process of training in this specialization, students study modern methods for performing high-precision surveys of objects and methods for processing various types of data. They get acquainted with the systems of open pit and underground mining, learn how to prevent the harmful effects of underground mining on surface and underground objects and explore the means of ensuring safety at mining enterprises, as well as gain skills in the basics of three-dimensional modeling of spatial objects and mathematical modeling of processes occurring in rock masses.
