In the process of training in this profile, students get acquainted with the main types of hazards associated with human life, and regulatory legal acts on security issues; master the methods and means of assessing man-made and natural hazards and the risk of their implementation; study the rules for rationing hazards and anthropogenic impact on the environment, methods for calculating elements of technological equipment according to the criteria of ergonomics and reliability, and master the methodology for developing emergency response plans and operational action plans for emergency rescue operations; acquire the skills of conducting an examination of accidents and disasters with the execution of a technical report, as well as master the methods and means of protecting humans and the environment from man-made and natural hazards
