Among the strategic tasks, one can single out the creation of mechanisms for the integrated development of cities based on the implementation of the Smart City project by the state. The development of smart cities is based on the use of digital tools in all areas of urban management in order to increase its efficiency. The fulfillment of this task will require the involvement of highly qualified specialists in the field of state and municipal management, who have knowledge of organizational, economic and legal issues of the functioning of the state and municipal government system, the ability to apply digital technologies in the preparation, implementation and assessment of the consequences of a management decision, the ability to apply smart city technologies in solving objectives of urban infrastructure development
