Program Overview

The bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Systems Engineering equips professionals to design, deploy and manage wireless telecommunication systems (such as networks for mobile phones or satellite communication, or for distributing multimedia, remote control and radio navigation signals) and cable communication systems (such as switched digital telephony networks, common telecommunications infrastructures in buildings, optical fibre deployment, etc.). The degree focuses strongly on the conceptualisation of telecommunication systems and the theoretical principles behind the processing and transmission of signals, by electromagnetic wave radiation, by light pulses through optical fibres or by sound wave emissions.
