Program Overview

The Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations offers a complete training which allows graduates to guarantee solutions for problems posed by the management of human resources, both in private companies and in the public administration sector. The degree offers students two different tracks: Employment Law and Work Organisation. A majority of the teaching staff has extensive experience in teaching and research in the departments related to their areas of knowledge: Legal Studies, Sociology of Industrial Relations, Business Organisation, Applied Economics, and Social Psychology.
