Year 3: The programme becomes more focused on pharmaceutical sciences, with subjects such as Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, Biopharmacy and Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacology I, Parasitology and Physiopathology. Students also explore Nutrition and Food Science and Clinical Nutrition, giving them a broader understanding of medicines, health and patient wellbeing.

Year 4: Students develop more advanced professional knowledge through Pharmaceutical Technology I, Pharmacology II, Toxicology, Public Health, Pharmaceutical Management and Planning, Clinical Biochemistry and Hematology, as well as Legislation and Pharmaceutical Deontology. They also study Microbiological and Parasitological Analyses, gaining a better understanding of medicine production, safety, regulation and professional pharmacy practice.

Year 5: The final year focuses on applying pharmaceutical knowledge in professional settings through Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Care and Pharmaceutical Technology II. Students complete 24 ECTS of Tutored Internships and a 6-ECTS Final Degree Project, while electives such as Pharmacotherapy, Phytotherapy, Dermopharmacy, Radiopharmacy, Pharmacoepidemiology and Clinical Microbiology allow them to explore areas that match their career interests.
