The degree in Economics in English focuses on the study of how societies make decisions on how to allocate available resources, by choosing from different alternatives, to achieve proposed objectives in aspects such as economic growth, inflation, unemployment, income distribution, discrimination, public revenue and spending, pollution, poverty, etc. It also focuses on evaluating the results of the different policies proposed.
