The goal of the subject is the acquisition of knowledge about the grammar and philology of the Old Indo-European Linguistics and the methodologies of comparative linguistics, especially the historical comparative reconstruction of the postulations of pre-Indo-European source languages.
Upper secondary school-leaving certificate + 2 years of university-level studies recognised by the respective university or 5 Advanced Placement Tests, each one with a minimal score of 3 and including 2 languages, mathematics/calculus, one natural sciences subject and one social sciences subject, Proficiency in German Language, Goethe Zertifikat C2, IELTS of 7.0, TOEFL Internet-based 100.
