Bachelor in eastern european cultures in University of basel
The bachelor's program in Eastern European Cultures conveys basic knowledge about the cultures, literatures and languages of the Slavic countries in particular, and also focuses on the close links between Eastern and Western Europe. A special feature in Basel is the sound examination of the medium of film as well as the opportunity to attend courses in the fields of art, business and society specific to Eastern Europe. In addition to Russian, a second (or even third) Slavic language can be learned. The students set their own regional and historical priorities and can deepen their acquired knowledge during on-site study excursions.
