Study of local development technology, with an emphasis on enabling students to appropriately develop and manage technology; and, through effective integrated interdisciplinary knowledge in technology, engineering, economics, sociology and collaborative learning, producing graduates who are knowledgeable and competent in analyzing, selecting, giving advice and managing local development technology in the areas of civil/town planning, and resource, agriculture and energy management.
