Chemistry and Biology Engineering is an engineering discipline structured on top of the fields of Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics. The engineering courses are offered simultaneously with chemistry and biology systems at both theoretical and practical level. Basic courses include biochemistry and biotechnology. Important discoveries in life and medical sciences, genome technology and biotechnology have revealed the importance of Chemistry-Biology Engineering education in recent years. It is possible to specialize in process systems engineering, energy and environment, molecular engineering, advanced materials and biotechnology and bioinformatics by using some of the field elective and free elective courses
