UOWD’s modern “Campus of the Future”, located in Dubai Knowledge Park, spans approximately 200,000 square feet and blends contemporary architectural design with cutting-edge educational spaces. The campus includes classrooms (small for ~40 students and large for ~80), specialized laboratories for robotics, media, cybersecurity, physics, chemistry, and more, along with exhibition spaces, a multipurpose meeting room, a student lounge, an ultramodern auditorium, and a café. These spaces support both traditional and blended learning modalities.
UOWD’s Information Technology and Telecommunications Services (ITTS) maintains a robust infrastructure, including nine computer labs with over 200 workstations accessible 14 hours daily. The university was the first in the UAE to adopt Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), granting students access to lecture notes, resources, and tools from any device, on or off campus. Additional facilities include a Database Lab, Network Lab, CALL Lab, and a Project Lab. Essential software such as MATLAB, Oracle, and Adobe Creative Suite are available campus-wide.
