At Nottingham, we are passionate about developing the highest quality food science graduates. You will access talks from industry and experience problem-based learning through real-life case studies and tours of food manufacturing sites. Supporting formal lectures you will learn through practical sessions including laboratory classes, a product development team challenge and small scale food manufacture which takes place in our purpose-built food processing facility. Our teaching incorporates a wide set of core competencies which we have developed through our work with industry and the Institute of Food Science and Technology.
