Program Overview

At Nottingham, we are passionate about developing the highest quality food science graduates. You will access talks from industry and experience problem-based learning through real-life case studies and tours of food manufacturing sites. Supporting formal lectures you will learn through practical sessions including laboratory classes, a product development team challenge and small scale food manufacture which takes place in our purpose-built food processing facility. Our teaching incorporates a wide set of core competencies which we have developed through our work with industry and the Institute of Food Science and Technology. Ensuring that you graduate with the skills to succeed in your chosen career.
