Program Overview

This Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) approved degree will prepare you for the role of a social worker. It has been designed to enable you to progress into employment and integrates both academic and practice work-based modules. Teaching is carried out by staff from a range of professional backgrounds and is underpinned by research, providing you with a great balance between academic and applied educational experiences. A-levels BBB, excluding General Studies; or BTEC Extended Diploma DDM; or UCAS Tariff points from three A-levels or equivalent qualifications, excluding General Studies; and GCSEs English grade C / 4 and Maths grade B / 5 or Two year Post Tawjahiya from higher technical institutes or commercial institutes or two years diploma, OND / HND and associate degrees, IELTS of 6.0 with minimum of 5.5 in each component, Personal Statement.
