Course Overview:
Year 4: Honours Project, Business Intelligence and Reporting, Knowledge Management, Information Strategy, Information and Knowledge Organisation
Optional work placement (typically in Year 3) to gain industry experience
If students aren't taking part in the year long placement, they can opt for a Group Project or the Professional Internship Module in Year 3, which lasts for one trimester. This gives them a fantastic chance to work on a project for an external client.
Honours project in final year, allowing for in-depth research or consultancy-based work
BCS-accredited course, providing partial Chartered IT Professional status
Graduates enter roles in IT consulting, systems analysis, data analysis, business analysis, and project management
