Year 2
The second year focuses on applied HR and data-driven business decision-making. In Business Solutions Lab (BM2060), students tackle real business projects, while Fostering Talent and Potential (BM2062) examines performance management, talent development, and employee engagement. From Data to Decisions (BM2063) develops analytical and ethical decision-making skills, and Navigating Complexity in Business and Human Resource Management (BM2068) strengthens critical thinking in organisational contexts.
Year 3
The final year prepares students for strategic leadership roles. Leading the Future in Business and Human Resource Management (BM3066) develops leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration. Managing a Global Workforce (BM3072) explores cross-cultural people management, ethics, and global business challenges. Optional modules such as Innovations and Insights: Your Business Research (BM3062) allow students to conduct independent research tailored to their interests.
