The BA (Hons) Accounting and Business Analytics at University of Greenwich blends core accounting and finance principles with modern analytics tools and techniques to prepare graduates for data-driven roles in finance and business. Curriculum structure:
Year 1: Students build foundational knowledge and skills with modules such as Introduction to Financial Accounting, Introduction to Management Accounting, Introduction to Finance and Economics and Quantitative Methods. In this first year they develop core accounting and finance literacy, start to handle quantitative data and lay the groundwork for analytics applications in business. 
Year 2: In the second year they progress into more applied modules that integrate analytics with finance, such as Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies in Accounting and Finance and FinTech, along with further modules in accounting and business analytics. At this stage students begin to use industry-relevant tools and apply analytics to accounting and financial problems. 
Year 3: The final year consolidates skills in advanced analytics and professional practice, culminating in a major project or placement (sandwich year) and advanced modules aligned with professional practice. Students can optionally undertake a 9-12 month placement year to apply their learning in industry.
