University of Greenwich History

The  University of Greenwich was established in 1890. University of Greenwich is a public research university located at Greenwich, United Kingdom. The university has three campuses located in London: Avery Hill Campus, Greenwich Campus and Medway Campus. In 1894, it started with part-time day courses in association with the Ministry of War. In the coming years from then the University was able to establish various other departments and centers. Then in 1992, it was conferred as the University of Greenwich. Today the University has around 20,000 students from all around the world.

On-Campus: They provide around 2,400 places residential halls on or near their campuses at Greenwich, Avery Hill and Medway.
