Curriculum Structure:

Year 1: Core modules in subjects such as property law, finance, economics, and quantitative methods, which equip students with the basic skills for the property sector.
Year 2: More complicated topics such as real estate investment, property valuation, investment analysis, and financial modelling. The second year is designed to apply the principles gleaned to real-life property scenarios in the actual world.
Year 3: A placement year or study abroad, which provides students with the much-needed practical exposure and the world of international financial markets. This is an essential part of the course since it enables students to gain practical knowledge and industry exposure.
Year 4: Specialised modules in property development, portfolio management, and real estate economics, to prepare students for leadership in the property sector. The final year concludes with a capstone project, where students bring together everything that they have learned to solve real property investment issues.

BSc (Hons) Property Finance and Investment graduates are exceptionally sought after within the property and finance sectors. Graduates have gone on to work for leading organizations such as CBRE, JLL, Savills, and Lendlease. Graduates frequently move into careers in property development, investment management, real estate consultancy, and corporate finance.
Academic Progression:
Upon completion of the course, graduates may choose to continue to postgraduate level, e.g., a Master's in Property Investment, Real Estate Finance, or Business Administration (MBA), or build their careers on qualifications from RICS or other industry institutions.
Foundation Year - If you do not meet the academic entry requirements, NTU offers a Foundation preparation course through its partner, Nottingham Trent International College (NTIC).
