University of the West of EnglandThe University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) has a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance, which is a three-year honours degree that equips the student with the academic as well as practical knowledge of financial systems, reporting, auditing, and strategic management. This professionally accredited qualification is accepted by top institutions such as ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), and ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales). Graduates are exempt from a series of professional exams, accelerating their path to becoming a fully qualified accountant.

Professional certifications are also attained by many either at or after graduation through the use of the exemptions acquired while on the degree.
