Program Overview

The Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management has received the endorsement of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the professional organization responsible for HR and personnel development. This program adheres to the latest CIPD professional standards and framework and offers new and interesting courses like Talent Management and Workplace Wellbeing, which promote personal and professional growth.

Upon successful completion of the program's approved modules, students will qualify for CIPD Associate membership (subject to membership fees and criteria). Associate members may use the designation "Assoc CIPD" after their name.
