Year 1

At the end of the module you will have adapted to and appreciated a different cultural and learning environment and developed ability. You will have developed your interpersonal and intercultural communication skills as a result of your learning in an international environment.

Year 4

In the final year, students complete advanced projects and research. The Undergraduate Consultancy Project and Dissertation challenge students to apply their learning to real-world business scenarios, hone research skills, and prepare for professional roles.

  • Undergraduate Consultancy Project: In this module, students engage in experiential learning through activities such as journals and project meetings. Independent learning time is set aside for students to undertake learning activities self-identified by their group, gaining a deeper and broader knowledge of the problem set by their client.
  • Business Clinic: Northumbria University's Business Clinic is a student-led consultancy service that has supported over 500 businesses. It provides students with the opportunity to work on real business problems, offering solutions to local businesses and charities.
