Program Overview

The BA (Hons) Digital Marketing program equips students with the knowledge and skills to thrive in the dynamic digital marketing landscape. It combines theoretical understanding with practical experience, enabling graduates to design and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

Curriculum Structure

Year 1
The first year provides a foundation in digital marketing, business analytics, communications, and the business environment. Students develop technical skills such as content creation for digital media and gain an understanding of marketing principles.

Year 2
In the second year, students build on this foundation with modules in advanced digital marketing, social media strategies, and media environments. They apply their learning in practical projects and case studies, refining both creative and analytical skills.

Year 3
Students focus on independent learning and decision-making, completing a Digital Marketing Project. They also have the option of undertaking a six- or twelve-week placement, or a Study Abroad opportunity, gaining professional experience in the field.

Year 4
The final year emphasizes specialist digital marketing strategies and advanced applications. Students complete a Research Project and participate in live-project work to enhance practical and leadership skills.
