Program Description

The Foundation Year contains a number of compulsory and discipline-specific modules. Compulsory modules are designed to develop higher level learning skills and familiarise students with studying and assessment at degree level. Discipline-specific modules help lay a foundation of knowledge that students will build upon as they progress to their chosen degree courses.Foundation modules,Extended Research,Studying Social Life,Academic Practice for Social Sciences,Introduction to Science,English Literature,Maths and Statistics for Teachers,Psychology of Thinking and Learning.

Eligibility Criteria

IELTS 6.5 with no component under 6.0, Personal statement required. Applicants over 21 are required to demonstrate potential for successful study.
